Case Management Services
Our caseworkers help individuals and families prioritize their most urgent needs as a result of a crisis such as fire, flood, family violence, and loss of income.
In the case of a more chronic situation, the caseworker will provide assistance for job counseling, continued education, referrals to behavioral health services, and family support services. Each plan of action is tailored to enhance the clients' use of services and to restore or maintain greater independent functioning to the fullest extent possible.
