SNAP provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of families in need so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.
SNAP ENROLLMENT/RE-CERTIFICATION IS ON THE MOVE!
Catholic Charities will have our mobile office helping you with SNAP enrollment or re-certification. Please contact an office near you for more information.
Please bring with you the following:
- Proof of address- Identification card, current piece of mail
- Phone number
- Email
- Birthdate
- Social Security Number
- 30-day income, monthly expenses, including bills, child support, rent or mortgage, and other expenses, per state requirements
- Public Aid History
- Household composition and status- How many people in your home
- Other information related to eligibility for SNAP such as income, household size, household composition characteristics, such as whether someone is receiving disability benefits, a senior, a student, SSI/SSA/Medicare information, immigration status, Medical Insurance/Life Insurance Policies
