Last week, The Chelsea Groton Foundation awarded a $15,000 grant to Catholic Charities’ Intensive Case Management/ Emergency Basic Needs program which offers assistance with food, shelter, clothing, utilities, prescription assistance and emergency transportation to people in need.  The program also offers assistance with planning the transition to self-reliance when a health issue, loss of employment or a home, has left families up-ended.  The Chelsea Groton Foundation understands the value of giving, and their generosity will make a pathway of light for others less fortunate.  The Foundation’s support makes our assistance to our neighbors in need, possible.  Catholic Charities is most grateful and it is with deepest appreciation and sincere thanks, we say to Chelsea Groton Foundation, Thank you!
