On behalf of the Catholic Charities Diocese of Norwich family, we would like to wholeheartedly congratulate Carole Gilbert on her retirement from the agency. Carole began her career at Catholic Charities as a volunteer in the Norwich office, then was hired 12 years ago as the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.  She has been the smiling face and caring voice to those who visit or call the agency.  Carole not only greeted our clients and helped with food and baby item distribution, she also was always willing to jump in to help whenever and wherever there was a need.  We thank Carole for her dedication to helping others and we will miss her smiling face.
